The property features a private entrance and is laid out over two levels. The first floor includes a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor features a loft dedicated to relaxation, leading out to a panoramic terrace—the perfect spot to slow down and soak in the village atmosphere.
Its location allows you to experience two sides of Calabria: in just a few minutes, you can reach the beaches of Soverato, Montepaone, and Caminia, while heading inland reveals mountains, forests, and completely different landscapes.
