Lamezia International Film Fest 2026

From July 13 to 18, 2026, Piazzetta San Domenico in Lamezia Terme hosts the thirteenth edition of the Lamezia International Film Fest (LIFF), an event dedicated to contemporary cinema and the dialogue between filmmakers, industry professionals, and the public. The 2026 theme, “Luce dei miei occhi” (Light of my eyes), explores the cinematic gaze as a tool for storytelling and interpreting reality. Highlights include an appearance by Oscar-winning director Claude Lelouch, who will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award and present his film 'Finalement', and actress Katia Follesa, recipient of the prestigious Paolo Villaggio Prize. The festival also features a practical film acting masterclass led by Fabrizio Lopresti, culminating in a collective short film.
