SETTING
My apartments in Scilla are nestled in the heart of the ancient fishing village of Chianalea. Please note that the area is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so cars must be parked approximately 250 meters away. Chianalea is a village with a thousand-year history, vibrant with the scents and colors typical of this splendid Calabrian land. You are so close to the sea that you can walk out of your front door in your wetsuit and go snorkeling right from the boat slip below. Both public and private beaches are just a 350-meter walk away through the charming, characteristic alleys of Chianalea. At the foot of the staircase leading to my properties, you will find the 17th-century 'Fontana delle Tre Cannelle,' which gives the street its name and provides fresh drinking water.
APARTMENTS
CASA LIMONE and CASA ARANCIO are located in a building consisting of two independent units at the start of a beautiful, recently renovated panoramic staircase. This path connects the seaside village to the upper part of town, where you will find shops, bakeries, fishmongers, and supermarkets. Just a few steps away in the center of Chianalea, you can enjoy bars, picturesque shops, restaurants, and venues where you can savor local swordfish dishes while dining directly over the crystal-clear sea. CASA ARANCIO features a balcony where you can enjoy a stunning sea view while having breakfast. CASA LIMONE is located on the ground floor and offers all the comforts of the upper-floor apartment.
ACTIVITIES
Guests staying in my apartments will experience the true essence of Chianalea. You can observe authentic fishing scenes just meters away and watch the traditional boats—equipped with their iconic gangways and lookout towers for spotting swordfish—return with their daily catch. You can also rent boats at the small harbor or join local professionals for a fishing trip. For the more adventurous, the diving center in Scilla offers guided excursions to explore the wonderful seabed off the coast of Chianalea. The proximity (25 km) to the highest peaks of the Aspromonte, featuring ski slopes and trails for cycling or hiking, makes Scilla a perfect destination not only in summer but also in winter.

Domestic waste collection is managed via designated bins, following the municipal schedule provided inside the apartments.
