Teatro d’aMare

From July 4th to 12th, 2026, Tropea hosts the tenth edition of Teatro d’aMare, the festival dedicated to contemporary performing arts that blends theater, dance, music, and audience engagement. For five days, one of the most evocative spots on the Costa degli Dei transforms into an open space for creativity and connection, hosting performances, workshops, and cultural events involving artists, professionals, and spectators. The theme for this edition is “Care in the Contemporary Scene,” a journey of reflection on the relationship between performing arts, social inclusion, and the building of more conscious and welcoming communities. Through diverse artistic languages, the festival offers opportunities for dialogue on themes of connection, listening, and cultural participation.
