The Festival della Canzone Arbëreshe in San Demetrio Corone (CS) is one of the most beloved and iconic musical events for the Italo-Albanian communities in Calabria. This festival preserves and promotes the rich Arbëreshe cultural heritage, fostering social unity and encouraging linguistic and musical research. Born in 1980, the festival has produced hundreds of original songs alongside traditional folk music, launching numerous new songwriters and young performers. As a proud symbol for the descendants of Skanderbeg, the Festival della Canzone Arbëreshe is an unmissable experience that the community of San Demetrio Corone invites everyone to attend and enjoy. The 44th edition will take place from August 6th to 8th, 2026, at the historic Collegio di Sant'Adriano.
